1. Respect for copyright
Users may submit only content they own or are authorized to use. YourEMR may remove or restrict content and suspend repeat infringers when appropriate.
2. Copyright complaint
A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a written complaint containing: a physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work or a representative list; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material sufficient for YourEMR to find it; the complainant's name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act.

3. Response
YourEMR may remove or disable access to identified material, notify the affected user, preserve relevant records, and evaluate repeat-infringer action. A knowingly material misrepresentation may create liability.
4. Counter-notice
A user who believes material was removed by mistake or misidentification may submit a counter-notice containing: the user's physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; the user's name, address, and telephone number; and consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process language required by applicable law.
After a valid counter-notice, YourEMR may restore material within the legally permitted period unless the original complainant provides notice of a court action.
5. Repeat-infringer policy
YourEMR will maintain and reasonably implement a repeat-infringer process appropriate to the Service. Decisions will consider valid notices, counter-notices, court orders, repeated conduct, abuse of the complaint process, and other relevant facts.
6. Other claims
Trademark, privacy, impersonation, defamation, or other complaints should be sent to legal@youremr.net. A DMCA notice is not the appropriate process for every dispute.
