YourEMR Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

Production estimates, delivery, delays, address changes, tracking, and risk of loss

1. Where we ship

At launch, Physical Product delivery is available to all fifty states and the District of Columbia, including Alaska and Hawaii. United States territories and possessions are excluded at launch. Orders may be placed only for destinations and products offered at checkout. YourEMR may further limit carriers, products, or addresses based on its then-current production and fulfillment capability, law, fraud risk, or service availability.

2. Production and shipping estimates

YourEMR produces and fulfills every currently approved physical product directly or through a production arrangement it has approved and confirmed may lawfully be used for that purpose; no outside vendor is used outside that approved arrangement. Physical-product ordering remains disabled until the applicable production arrangement, packaging, data-handling process, and fulfillment workflow have been selected, approved, and tested. Production is operator-assisted: a human operator manually reviews and authorizes each order before printing, personalization, NFC programming, postage purchase, or shipment begins, and successful payment alone does not automatically trigger any of those steps. Consistent with Version 2.3, YourEMR targets shipment within three business days after successful payment, address validation, operator authorization, and receipt of complete personalization information and any required proof approval. This three-business-day period is a target for shipment, not a guaranteed delivery date, and applies only while YourEMR's fulfillment operation can actually meet it; a product may not be offered with this representation at any time YourEMR cannot meet it. Shipping time is separate from this production target and from the Paid Access term.

3. Federal 30-day default

If no shipping time is clearly stated, YourEMR will maintain a reasonable basis to expect shipment within 30 days after receiving a properly completed order, as the FTC merchandise rule generally requires. This is a legal backstop only; it does not replace the three-business-day target stated in Section 2, which YourEMR must actually be able to meet before making it.

4. Delays

If YourEMR cannot ship within the stated or applicable period, it will send a delay notice before that period ends. The notice will provide a supported revised date or explain that no date can yet be supported, and will offer the legally required choice to consent to delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

5. Address review and changes

The customer must verify the shipping address before approval. Address changes are not guaranteed after production or carrier release. YourEMR address errors will be corrected without charge; customer address errors may require a reasonably priced reprint or reshipment.

6. Tracking and delivery

When available, YourEMR will provide United States Postal Service and tracking information. Delivery dates are estimates controlled in part by the Postal Service and conditions outside YourEMR's control. A carrier scan alone does not eliminate remedies for confirmed nondelivery.

7. Risk of loss

Risk of loss passes when the order is delivered to the destination, except where law requires another result. YourEMR will investigate credible nondelivery and offer replacement or refund when appropriate, consistent with the physical-product remedies in Document 08.

8. Support

Report a delivery issue through order support or support@youremr.net. Provide the order number and shipping issue without including health information or a Public Link.

9. Shipping charge

YourEMR charges one flat shipping and handling fee of $2.99 per physical-product order, regardless of how many items the order contains, for every eligible destination and product configuration approved under Section 1. The price displayed at checkout controls the transaction. If YourEMR's actual mailing cost for a given order exceeds $2.99, YourEMR absorbs the difference; the customer is never charged more than the posted flat fee. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed separately. This flat fee is displayed at checkout as described in Document 11.
