YourEMR does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, nursing, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, legal, or clinical judgment. Health-related content is for informational and organizational purposes only.

2. Not a healthcare provider or medical device

YourEMR is not a healthcare provider, hospital, clinic, emergency department, ambulance, dispatch center, or emergency-monitoring service. The Service, QR and NFC Products, and Public Links are not medical devices.

3. No emergency response guarantee

YourEMR does not guarantee that information will be seen, scanned, available, understood, interpreted, used, or acted on in an emergency or nonemergency situation. It does not guarantee response from 911, EMS, fire, police, clinicians, hospital staff, caregivers, bystanders, or any other person.

4. Website, downloads, and examples

Face sheets, scenario guides, checklists, airway or tracheostomy materials, templates, demonstrations, translations, and downloads are provided for convenience. Confirm that information is accurate, current, lawful, and appropriate. They may not be complete, clinically verified, or suitable for every situation.

5. Public views and QR and NFC Products

Anyone who obtains a Public Link, scans a QR code, or taps an NFC Product may view, copy, photograph, forward, or retain the selected content. Public availability does not mean confidentiality, permanence, viewer verification, or emergency reliability.

6. Device and environmental dependencies

Access may require a functioning device, camera or scanner, battery, internet connection, compatible software, lighting, readable surface, and other conditions outside YourEMR's control.

7. User responsibility

Review information before saving, printing, sharing, publishing, or approving a product. Keep emergency-related information accurate and current. Use the correct Profile and obtain authority for another person. Maintain appropriate paper, official-record, medical ID, and caregiver backups. Use professional judgment and emergency services when appropriate.

8. Do not rely solely on YourEMR

Do not rely solely on YourEMR for urgent decisions, diagnosis, treatment, medication administration, airway management, tracheostomy care, equipment operation, or emergency response. Use appropriate emergency channels, trained caregivers, device instructions, and licensed professionals.

9. Third-party content and changes

YourEMR may link to or summarize third-party material but does not control it. Content, templates, Public Links, and product formats may change subject to law and purchased rights.

10. No warranty of accuracy or completeness

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUREMR MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY CONTENT, DOWNLOAD, PRODUCT, TEMPLATE, TRANSLATION, OR PUBLIC VIEW IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, SUITABLE, AVAILABLE, SCANNABLE, OR ERROR-FREE. NONWAIVABLE RIGHTS AND EXPRESS WARRANTIES REMAIN.
