1. Lawful and authorized use
Use YourEMR only for lawful personal, family, caregiver, preparedness, and expressly approved purposes. Do not use the Service to provide regulated professional care or organizational services without a separate written agreement and compliance review.
2. Prohibited conduct
Impersonating another person or creating a Profile without authority. Knowingly entering false or dangerously misleading emergency information. Harassing, stalking, threatening, exploiting, or maliciously exposing another person. Sharing credentials or bypassing authentication, rate limits, or access controls. Probing, scraping, reverse engineering, disrupting, or introducing malware. Uploading unlawful, infringing, abusive, or privacy-invasive content. Fraudulent orders, false charge disputes, or misuse of support and rights processes. Using Public Links or QR or NFC Products for tracking, deception, advertising, or unrelated surveillance.
3. User content
Users retain rights in their content and must have authority to submit it. The operational license in the Terms is limited to providing, securing, supporting, and fulfilling requested features. YourEMR does not acquire ownership of Profile health information.
4. Enforcement
YourEMR may remove content, disable a Public Link, restrict a Profile, suspend an Account, reject an order, preserve evidence, or refer conduct when reasonably necessary for safety, law, security, rights, or contract enforcement. Action should be proportionate and limited to affected features when practical.
5. Reporting and appeal
Report abuse to support@youremr.net and report a security concern to security@youremr.net, each using a subject that does not include health information or a Public Link. YourEMR may request secure evidence. A person may appeal a nonemergency enforcement decision through support@youremr.net, using "Enforcement Appeal" as the subject line.
6. Intellectual property notices
Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use. Copyright complaints should use the designated agent identified in Document 18 (Copyright Agent, YourEMR, LLC, at the address stated there). YourEMR's designated-agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office is confirmed Active, and Document 18 sets out the notice-and-takedown, counter-notice, and repeat-infringer process YourEMR follows.
