1. Paid Access refund window
A customer may request a full refund of any Paid Access purchase — whether the first twelve-month term or a later manual repurchase under Document 02 — until 11:59 p.m. in the time zone displayed at checkout on the third calendar day after that purchase's payment timestamp. The full refund remains available even if paid features were used during that period. Approved refund access ends immediately. Because Paid Access does not renew automatically, no renewal is canceled by an approved refund; there is simply nothing further scheduled to charge. Privacy access, copy, and deletion rights remain available regardless of a refund request, consistent with Document 05. YourEMR may decline or reverse a refund request that is fraudulent, abusive, a duplicate of an already-processed refund, or otherwise made in bad faith, and may investigate before approving a request that shows any of those signs.
2. Refunds after three days
After the applicable three-calendar-day window, Paid Access charges are nonrefundable except for a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a material service failure that YourEMR does not cure within a reasonable period, or a refund required by law or payment-network rules.
3. Physical QR or NFC Products
Custom Physical QR or NFC Products become non-refundable when YourEMR begins preparing the proof. Before that recorded cutoff, the customer may cancel for a full refund. After the cutoff, customer-preference, customer-change, and customer-approved-content refunds are unavailable. Documents 06 through 08 preserve remedies for YourEMR error, production defect, covered shipping damage, nondelivery, replacement failure, and nonwaivable rights.
4. How to request a refund
Use the Account billing-support control or email refunds@youremr.net with the order or transaction number and a short reason. Do not send health information, full card numbers, passwords, identity documents, or Public Links.
5. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method unless law or processor rules require another method. YourEMR submits an approved refund to the payment processor within five business days after approval; the financial institution controls posting time. Tax and required shipping adjustments will be included.
6. No waiver
This Policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived. A customer need not forfeit a lawful remedy merely because the customer first contacted a payment provider or regulator.
